Freezing Rain Advisory is in effect until 9AM this morning 
National Weather Service has issued a freezing rain advisory for Keyser, Fort Ashby & Elk Garden until 9 AM. Precipitation is expected to be freezing rain and freezing drizzle. Accumulations up to a couple hundredths of an inch, especially in higher elevations. Temperatures will be in the lower 30s.
