* Forecast...This river is expected to crest near 14.2 ft around 3 am Sunday. After the crest, this river is expected to fall below flood stage around 1 PM Sunday and continue falling for the next couple days.
* Impact...Above 14 ft, widespread lowland and dairy land flooding begins. Sloughs north of the city, mainly Dougherty, begin to overflow. Minor flooding begins in the business district north of Tillamook and along Hwy 101, particularly during high tide. &&
