Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Arrest

Officer Forsberg and Officer Settle contacted a 39 year old adult male  in front of 7-Eleven at Fremont/Sundale and arrested him for possession of drug paraphernalia and a probation violation. 

 

Public Intoxication Arrest

Officer Ehling contacted a 43 year old adult male near the Family Resource Center and arrested him for being drunk in public.    

 

#038 Residential Burglary

Officers responded to a residential burglary in the 400 block of Pawnee Pl.  The incident occurred between 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm.  The unknown suspect gained entry by breaking the glass of the rear patio door.  Loss was iPads, laptops, jewelry, and cash.  No video surveillance and no suspect leads.  Investigated by CSO Oliveira.

 

#042 DUI (Peralta/Shinn)

Officer Harvey conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of Peralta and Shinn. The 32 year old adult male driver was arrested for DUI.   The male refused a blood draw so a warrant was obtained.  He was booked into Santa Rita Jail. 

 

#044 Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance Arrest

Officers respond to a suspicious vehicle parked in the area of Riviera and Barcelona. Officer Roberts locates a similar vehicle parked and occupied.  A 55 year old adult male was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance and a 35 year old adult male was arrested for possession of bad checks and a probation violation.

 

#046 Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance Arrest

Officer Taylor stopped a bicyclist for riding in the wrong direction. The rider, a 53 year old adult male, is arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance.

 

#007 DUI 

Officer Hartman conducted a traffic stop in the area of Decoto and Fremont. The 22 year old adult male driver, is arrested for DUI.

 

#009 Reckless Driving

Officer Piol is parked and witnesses a vehicle speed by.  The vehicle runs multiple stop signs on Farwell.  The vehicle is last seen westbound Mowry and northbound I-880. The vehicle is then found on I-880 and a plate is obtained, but due to speed no enforcement is taken. Several minutes later the vehicle is spotted southbound in the area of Fremont Bl/Central again traveling at a high rate of speed. A few minutes later a caller advises of a similar vehicle in the area of Cleveland/Farwell. Officers locate the vehicle where it is found parked and occupied on Buchanan just west of Farwell. The 25 year old adult male driver is arrested for reckless driving.
