Full Notification

The City of Sheboygan was contacted by a few local businesses on 12/19/14.  They are reporting that they have been contacted by phone indicating that their business needed to transfer monies or provide a credit card to prevent their water utilities from being disconnected.

The Sheboygan Water Utility advises that they have not been making these phone calls.

The Sheboygan Water Utility may contact local businesses by phone to discuss current account statuses, but, doesn’t ask for credit card or banking information over the phone.
