APD is currently working traffic accidents on Interstate 40 near the Crockett overpass and an additional one near the interchange of I-27. Traffic is extremely slow, so motorists are encouraged to take alternative routes. Traffic conditions are expected to remain slow for the next hour or more. Please drive cautiously and be prepared for sudden stops in traffic.
