From Monday, January 5, 2015 to Friday, February 27, 2015, utility lines will be installed on the bridge under construction on W. Mission Road. Eastbound and westbound lanes on Mission Road and Junipero Serra Drive will be open one lane in each direction during the installation of utility lines. W. Mission Road railroad crossing
