12/02/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 34, of Washington NJ, for a Superior Court Warrant, burglary and harassment. He was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of bail.

12/02/14 WTPD arrested a female, age 40, of Washington NJ, for an $89.00 warrant out of Mansfield Township NJ. She was processed and released with a new court date.

12/02/14 WTPD arrested a female, age 26, of Washington NJ, for an $89.00 warrant out of Washington Borough NJ. She was processed and released with a new court date.

12/02/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 48, of Irvington NJ, for a $200.00 warrant out of Washington Township NJ. He was processed and released with a new court date.

12/03/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 30, of Belvidere NJ, a female, age 47, of Oxford NJ, and a male, age 51 of Middlebourne Fl. On 12/03/14 at approximately 7:01 PM officers were dispatched to the Oxford Heritage Manor Apartments in Oxford Township for a dispute in progress. Upon the officer’s arrival, contact was made with the occupants of the apartment and the investigation resulted in the following charges. One male was charged with burglary, simple assault, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. He was lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of bail. The other male and female were charged with disorderly conduct and hindering apprehension

12/05/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 45, of Phillipsburg NJ, for an outstanding warrant, possession of CDS (marijuana) less than 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia. It was also discovered that the male had a warrant for a $1000.00 out of Washington Borough. The subject had the drugs and paraphernalia in possession at the time of his arrest. He was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of bail.

12/05/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 46, of Washington NJ, for a $702.00 warrant out of Oxford Township NJ. He was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of bail.

12/05/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 40, of Washington NJ, for a $5000.00 warrant out of Newark NJ. He was processed and released with a new court date.

12/05/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 48, of Washington NJ for a local ordinance violation of maintaining a nuisance. On 12/05/14 at approximately 10:58 AM patrol was dispatched to the Sherwin- Williams store in the 20 block of W. Washington Ave in Washington Borough for a dispute. Upon the officer’s arrival, the male was inside the store yelling at the manager about a parking issue. After the officer addressed the parking issue the male began to yell at the officer. He was issued a trespass notice barring his return to the business and a local ordinance summons for maintaining a nuisance. He was released with a court date.

12/06/14 WTPD arrested a female, age 23, and a male, age 30, both of Washington NJ, for possession of CDS (marijuana) less than 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia. On 12/06/14 at approximately 6:50 PM officers were dispatched to Bense Court in Washington Township for the report of an unwanted person. Upon arrival, the officer’s investigation revealed that both parties had in their possession the CDS (marijuana) and paraphernalia. Both parties were processed and released with court dates.

12/06/14 WTPD arrested a female, age 29, and a male, age 48, both of Washington NJ. On 12/06/14 at approximately 12:32 AM officers were dispatched to the area of E. Church St. and Belvidere Ave in Washington Borough for a man chasing a woman. Upon the officer’s arrival, they located the male who had been chasing the female. He was charged with a local ordinance violation of maintaining a nuisance. He was processed and released with a court date. The female was also located and found to have an outstanding warrant for $1103.00 out of Washington Borough. She was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of bail.

12/06/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 30, of Washington NJ, for a $355.00 warrant out of Washington Borough NJ. The male was processed and released after posting bail.

12/06/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 38, of Washington NJ, for outstanding warrants totaling $2000.00 out of Washington Township NJ. He was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of bail.
12/07/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 41, of Washington NJ, for a simple assault. The male was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of bail.

12/08/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 52, of Phillipsburg NJ, for an outstanding $1,200.00 warrant out of Mt. Olive Township NJ. He was processed and released to the custody of Mt. Olive PD.

12/09/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 24, of Phillipsburg NJ, for a $150.00 warrant out of Phillipsburg NJ. The male was stopped on Asbury-Anderson Rd. in Washington Township for an equipment violation. He was issued a motor vehicle summons for driving a vehicle with an inoperable license plate light. He was processed and released after posting bail.

12/10/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 56, of Washington NJ, for disorderly conduct, harassment and terroristic threats. On 12/10/14 at approximately 6:19 PM officers were dispatched to Sal’s Pizza on W. Washington Ave in Washington Borough for a person that was possibly having a psychological emergency. Upon the officer’s arrival, it was quickly determined that the male was not suffering from a psychological emergency but was intoxicated. The male threatened to cause death and serious bodily injury to the officers as well as the employees and patrons of the business. He was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of bail.

12/10/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 37, of Washington NJ, for a $71.00 warrant out of Jersey City NJ. He was stopped on Rte. 31 S. in Washington Township for driving without a front license plate. The male was processed and issued a motor vehicle summons for driving without a front license plate. He was released with a new court date.

12/11/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 26, of Washington NJ, for a $1000.00 warrant out of Washington Township NJ. The male was processed and released after posting bail.
