On 11/30/2014, at approximately 9:51 PM, Fugazzotto was last seen exiting the Hawaiian Gardens Casino (where he is a habitual gambler), located at 1871 Carson Street, in the city of Hawaiian Gardens. Fugazzotto was seen walking out the main entrance and heading westbound on Carson Street.
