Heavy wind and rain is scheduled in the forecast tonight, December 11, 2014 through Friday, December 12, 2014. The storm has the potential to produce 2 to 4 inches of rain in the Foothills. Arcadia residents in need of sand bags can obtain up to ten sand bags from Fire Station 107, located at 79 W. Orange Grove Avenue.
Sand bags are available 24 hours a day seven days a week.
