Monterey Park Police Department held its 2014 award ceremony. 
The Monterey Park Police Department recognized 17 Officers today at the 2014 award ceremony. 2 officers received the Medal of Valor, 5 Officers received the Medal of Merit, 6 Officers received the Distinguish Service Medal, and 5 Officers received the Life Saving Medal. One officer received both the Medal of Valor and the Medal of Merit. Congratulations to all the award recipients.
