Parking Restrictions in the 800-900 Blocks of California Street and 1100-1300 Blocks of East Walnut Avenue Begin December 15, 2014. 
Beginning December 15, 2014, street parking in the 800-900 blocks of California Street and the 1100-1300 blocks of East Walnut Avenue will be restricted to permit parking only. Vehicles parked on the street Mon-Fri between 10:00 am – 11:00 am and 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm must display a city issued parking permit. Parked vehicles without a permit are subject to citation.
