Expect minor delays and lane closures: Madison from Lomita to Skypark and Skypark from Madison to Hawthorne 
The City of Torrance Public Works Department continues repairs on Madison Street (Lomita to Skypark) and on Skypark (Madison to Hawthorne). During the month of December 2014, there will be temporary lane closures of the curb lane from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Minor delays are expected.
