On December 10, 2014 The United States Marshal's Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force with the assistance of The Clayton County Sheriff's Office apprehended Javarius Mann in Jonesboro, Georgia.
Javarius Mann is wanted by Dyer County Sheriff's Office in Dyersburg, TN for Felony Violation of Probation, Original Charge - Robbery. He is also a suspect in an Attempted Murder against Friendship Tennessee Police Chief Bill Garret.
The following subjects were taken into custody for Hindering Apprehension of a Fugitive for assisting in concealing the subject's location, allowing him to hide in their attic and giving false information as to his whereabouts on more than one occasion:
Morris Mann - subject's brother
Lakisha Hinton - subject's girlfriend
Marilyn Sharpe- subject's girlfriend's mother

2- Anyone Aiding or Assisting a Fugitive from Justice or a Wanted Person will be prosecuted to the FULLEST EXTENT of the Law.
