The Absecon Police Department is announcing they have arrested three individuals in November 2014. After a lengthy investigation along with several other area police departments, Detectives have made arrests in 13 burglaries which occurred during the months of June through September.
These burglaries included commercial businesses, residential sheds and garages. The thefts have resulted in a total of thousands of dollars worth of landscaping equipment, power tools, fishing equipment, and bicycles. During the course of the investigation multiple suspects were identified and a large amount of property was recovered. The following individuals were charged with multiple counts of burglary, theft, and conspiracy.
Carlos Soler, 24, residing in Mays Landing
Tyler Gallagher, 20, residing in Mays Landing
Richard Souder, 24, residing in Mays Landing
As a result of the charges all three subjects were lodge in the Atlantic County Justice Facility on various amounts of bail.
One additional suspect has been identified and warrants have been issued. The subject is still at large. (name being withheld). The cases were being investigated by Det. Leigh Gadd Jr. and Det. Sgt. Joyce Lee.
