Synopsis: A 26 year old Hispanic male suspect walked into a house under construction across the street from the rec center and was caught by the owner. The suspect said, "I have to do this." She had 2 construction workers kick him out of the house. The suspect walked across the street to the rec center and grabbed a nine year old boy and tried to walk away. The suspect was stopped by a coach and he put the child down. The suspect grabbed a second nine year old boy and tried to walk away when he was stopped by a coach and off duty federal agent. The suspect said, "I have to do this." The off duty federal agent and several citizens had to fight with the suspect to get him to release the second child. He was held for police. The children were not injured. Southern Division Detectives are investigating.
