SUMMARY:
On Sunday, November 30, 2014, deputies from the Highland Sheriff’s Station responded to Taylen O’Neal-Taylor’s residence in San Bernardino with Fire Department personnel. O’Neal-Taylor called 9-1-1 to report her 2 year old daughter fell on her 6 month old daughter’s leg, and medical aid was needed for the 6 month old. The 6 month old female was transported by ambulance to the Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital where she was found to have a fractured femur. The injury was inconsistent with O’Neal-Taylor’s explanation of how the injury occurred and suspicious of child abuse.
