Notice of convicted sex offender being released into community-UPDATED WITH PHOTO 
The Green Bay Police Department is releasing the following information on a convicted sex offender who is being released into our community. This release of information will enhance public safety and raise community awareness.
Pedro I Galarza 04-02-52 was convicted of 1st degree Sexual Assault in 2002 and Criminal Sexual Assault 1987. Mr. Galarza will be moving into the TLP, 1761 Shawano Av on December 16, 2014. Conditions of release are:
1) NO UNSUPERVISED CONTACT WITH MINORS; NO TAVERNS/BARS/LIQUOR STORES; NO CONTACT
WITH VICTIM; NOT TO CONSUME ALCOHOL OR DRUGS.
2) COMPLY WITH STANDARD SEX OFFENDER RULES; COOPERATE WITH ELECTRONIC MONITORING and Lifetime GPS
3) FACE-TO-FACE CONTACT WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT REQUIRED; COMPLY WITH ALL
REQUIREMENTS AND LIFETIME REGISTRANT OF WI SEX OFFENDER REGISTRATION PROGRAM
Mr. Galarza will be on supervision until December 17, 2021
