Winter Weather Advisory in effect from 1 AM Tuesday to 1 AM Wednesday for Sleet and Freezing Rain 
National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for Mineral County from 1 AM Tuesday until 1 AM Wednesday. A wintry mix of sleet and freezing rain with accumulations of less than a tenth of an inch. Precipitation is expected to change over to mainly sleet late tonight into early Tuesday. A mix of sleet and freezing rain will continue through the daytime hours on Tuesday with mostly freezing rain late Tuesday night. Temperatures will be near or just below freezing. Winds will be northeast 5 to 10 mph. Roads may become slippery at times making travel difficult.
