Sonoma County Sheriff's Office reports that the suspects from this morning's shooting in Forestville are still at large.
On December 1, 2014 at about 10:57 AM, Sonoma County Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to the report of a person shooting at a residence in the Mirabel Trailer Park, 7600 River Road in Forestville. Deputies from the West and River Zones responded.
The person reporting the gunfire originally thought the shooter was a recently evicted female tenant. She said the woman left the area in a vehicle, heading west on River Road, in a newer silver sedan with tinted windows. The woman had dark hair and was wearing a blue and white sweater. She was the passenger in the car driven by a bald-headed black male adult wearing a greyish-blue muscle shirt.
The Deputies found bullet holes in three trailers and three shell casings in the street. Fortunately, no one was injured in the shooting. The Deputies interviewed possible witnesses and searched likely areas for the suspects.
The Deputies on-scene developed leads and determined that Alicia Bixenmann was a person of interest. She had recently moved from one of the trailers in the park and still had personal property therein. The case was turned over to the Detectives from the Violent Crimes Investigation Unit.
Detectives later contacted Bixenmann at a residence in Rohnert Park. She was determined to have not been involved in the crime at Mirabel Trailer Park. She did, however, have an outstanding No Bail warrant for her arrest stemming from a Santa Rosa PD incident wherein she was charged with battery on their police officers, resisting arrest and public intoxication (SRPD #13-0006075). Bixenmann, a 23 year old from Rohnert Park, was arrested and booked into county jail for that warrant.
The gun was not recovered and the suspects have not been located. The VCI Detectives are following-up on leads regarding the female in the passenger seat and the man seen driving the car away from the scene of the crime. They are considered armed and dangerous.
This case is actively being investigated by the Detectives from the Violent Crimes Investigation Unit of the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office. Anyone with information pertaining to this incident in encouraged to call the Tip Line at 707-565-2185.
