Free two-day skateboard instruction for children & teens on the autism spectrum

Green Bay Action Sports Organization, alongside Officer Joel Zwicky, better known as “Skateboard Cop”, in conjunction with The Autism Society Northeast Wisconsin, welcome special guest instructors from Get On Board (Harrisburg, PA) to provide free skateboard instruction for any child or teen on the autism spectrum during a special two-day event December 6-7, 2014.

Get On Board provides a safe, structured, one-on-one learning environment for children on the autism spectrum to enjoy skateboarding while in the process improving gross motor skills, participating in social interactions, and increasing self-esteem. Through the generous efforts of GBASO, “Skateboard Cop”, and the supporting efforts of ASNEW, Get On Board is proud to bring this program to the Green Bay area.

The event will take place:
December 6, 2014 from 9:00am to 3:00pm
December 7, 2014 from 9:00am to 1:00pm
