Operation Pull Over Patrol Nets Six Arrests

Knox County – Between 6:00 last night and 4:00 this morning, Indiana State Police, Vincennes City Police and Bicknell Police teamed up and participated in a saturation patrol targeting impaired and dangerous drivers in Vincennes and Bicknell. During the 10 hour period, officers issued 25 traffic tickets, 16 warnings and arrested six people on various criminal charges.

2. Possession of Paraphernalia
3. Possession of Synthetic Drugs

• Earnest L. Chase III, 48, Vincennes, IN
1. Driving While Intoxicated – Refusal
2. Resisting Law Enforcement

• Jeffrey Schickel, 50, Linton, IN
1. Driving While Intoxicated (BAC .14%)

• Phillip M. Evans, 30, Sunrise, FL
