11/12/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 72, of Staten Island NY, for a local ordinance for maintaining a nuisance. On 11/12/140 at approximately 12:59 PM officers were dispatched to Ridge Dr. in Washington Township, for mourners from a funeral service at the Washington Cemetery urinating in the calling parties back yard. While officers were speaking with the calling party the male was observed by officers urinating. He was processed at the scene and issued a summons for maintaining a nuisance. He was released with a court date.

11/13/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 27, of Washington NJ, for a $500.00 warrant out of Hackettstown NJ. He was processed and released with a new court date.

11/14/14 WTPD arrested a female, age 32, of Washington NJ, for a $500.00 warrant out of Washington Borough NJ. She was processed and released with a new court date after posting bail.

11/14/14 at approximately 11:47 PM WTPD officers responded to a residence in the 20 block of Broad St. Washington Borough, NJ for a woman experiencing a drug over dose. Upon the officer’s arrival, they located a 20 year old female who was unconscious and not breathing. The officers and Washington Emergency Squad personnel determined that the woman was experiencing a drug over dose. The officer’s quickly administered the anti-opiod drug, Narcan. The woman regained consciousness and was transported by the Washington Emergency Squad to St. Luke’s Hospital (Warren Campus) for treatment.

11/15/14 WTPD arrested a female, age 27, of Oxford, NJ for being a fugitive from justice. On 11/15/14 at approximately 12:02 PM officers received information that the female, who was wanted out of the State of Pennsylvanian, was staying at a residence on Henry St. in Oxford Township. Officers made contact with the home owner and the fugitive was taken into custody without incident. She was processed and lodged in the WC Jail without bail.

11/15/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 18, of Washington NJ, for possession of CDS (marijuana) less than 50 grams of marijuana and paraphernalia. On 11/15/14 at approximately 4:16 PM patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 57 W. in Washington Township for speeding. The officer’s investigation resulted in the male being arrested and charged with possession of CDS (marijuana) less than 50 grams of marijuana, CDS paraphernalia, speeding and possession of CDS (marijuana) in a motor vehicle. He was processed and released with a court date.

11/15/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 53, of Albrightsville Pa., for a $750.00 warrant out of Washington Borough NJ. He was released with a new court date.

11/17/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 34, of Washington NJ, for a contempt of a Superior Court Order. He was processed and released with a new court date.

11/18/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 32, of Oxford NJ, for a $300.00 warrant out of Washington Township NJ. He was processed and released with a new court date

11/18/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 45, of Phillipsburg NJ, for a $1000.00 warrant out of Washington Borough NJ. He was processed and lodged in the WC Jail.

11/18/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 21, of Phillipsburg NJ, for a $500.00 warrant out of Pohatcong Township NJ. He was processed and released after posting bail.

11/18/14 WTPD arrested a female, age 23, a male, age 20, both of Washington NJ and a female, age 20, of Phillipsburg NJ. On 11/18/14 at approximately 6:59 PM officers were dispatched to the Quick-Chek on Rte. 57 W. and Brass Castle Rd. in Washington Township for a dispute. Upon further investigation the officers determined that the three were yelling and causing a disturbance at the business. All three individuals were charged with a local ordinance for maintaining a nuisance and released with court dates.
