Advisory

FREE Downtown Parking for the Holidays; Downtown Manhattan Beach Parking Meters are Bagged Now through December 26

City parking meters in downtown Manhattan Beach will be bagged for holiday shoppers starting today - Tuesday, November 25.  Bags will be removed the morning of Friday, December 26th.

Although parking at meters is free, spaces still have time-limit restrictions (i.e. 2-hour parking) and visitors must vacate the parking space within the time limit or they will be liable for an “Over-Posted Limit” violation.

The State-owned meters at the Pier and Bruce's Beach lots, as well as the County-owned meters at the El Porto beach parking lot, are not included in the meter bagging.

If you have questions, please contact the Manhattan Beach Police Department Parking and Animal Control Office at (310) 802-5160.

Thank you and Happy Holidays!
