UPDATE: On 11/25/14, officers took Jermaine Hampton into custody. The Sheboygan Police Department would like to thank the public for their assistance in locating him. An anonymous tip led officers to a north side residence where he was hiding, and he was taken into custody without incident. He will face charges of Recklessly Endangering Safety and Felon in Possession of a Firearm.

11/23/14 Officers responded to the 1500 block of S 14th St for a disturbance. During a dispute a male suspect fired a single shot from a handgun. No one was injured, and the suspect and victim are known to each other.
The suspect has been identified as Jermaine A. Hampton 08/06/82. He is described as a male black, 6'02" 225 lbs. Police are requesting the public's help in locating Hampton. He may still be armed so due caution should be exercised. If you have information on Hampton's location, please call the Sheboygan Police Department at 920-459-3333.
