On 11-25-14 at 0139 hours, a citizen reported seeing two people looking into vehicles on Masters Ct. Officers responded and set up a perimeter and used a K-9 team to track the suspects. Isidro Figueroa was contacted and admitted to stealing items from a vehicle in the parking lot. He was also in possession of Methamphetamines. A short time later, officers contacted and arrested Jose Chavez for possession of a loaded firearm with an altered serial number and possession of a switchblade knife. Chavez was also in possession of numerous burglary tools. Figueroa was booked at the Walnut Creek Police Department and Chavez was transported to the Martinez Detention Facility.
