Two Local State Troopers Receive Promotions 
Versailles: Two local Indiana State Police Troopers recently received Promotions.
On November 16, 2014, Lieutenant Anthony Scott was promoted to the rank of Captain and Master Trooper Gregory Grove was promoted to the rank of Corporal by Superintendent Doug Carter.
Captain Scott was a member of the 54th Indiana State Police Recruit Academy, graduating in December of 1996. Captain Scott has spent his entire career at the Versailles District. He has serve as a trooper patrolling Decatur County, a Gaming Enforcement Detective, District Detective, Versailles District Investigative Coordinator and most recently Versailles District Commander.
Corporal Grove was a member of the 53rd Indiana State Police Recruit Academy, graduating in December of 1995. Corporal Grove has also spent his entire career at the Versailles District. He has served as a trooper working in Dearborn County and a Gaming Enforcement Detective.
