El Cajon - Auto vs. Multiple Pedestrians Accident 
Heartland Fire & Rescue units assisted by Cal Fire, are on the scene of an auto vs. multiple pedestrian accident at 1630 E. Madison Avenue. A passenger vehicle struck up to 4 people that were standing in an outdoor waiting line. All patients have been transported to area hospitals. Crews will be on the scene for approximately 30 minutes.
