Incidents: 285 Reports: 46

#013: Possession of Drug Paraphernalia  

Officers responded to a family disturbance on Canyon Heights Drive, which led to a 31 year old female being arrested/cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.  Officer Liu and Officer Ceniceros handled the investigation.

#018: Residential Burglary

At approximately 11:55 am a resident on Kensington Drive was home alone when a rear door to his residence was forced open.  When the resident screamed, an unknown subject fled. Video surveillance provided at a neighboring residence, showed a silver or grey, late 90’s model Lexus ES300 enter the neighborhood.  Two suspects were seen entering the victim residence.  Suspects appeared to be white or Hispanic young male adults. Officer Gentry handled the investigation.

#020: Commercial Burglary

A 53 year old male paid for a one week stay at Motel 6 (North) with a fraudulent credit card.  Officer Liu and Officer Ceniceros arrested/cited the male for burglary.

#032: Warrant Arrest

Officer Ramsey conducted a pedestrian stop at the 24-hour Fitness in Irvington and arrested a 34 year old male for an outstanding warrant.

#048: Pursuit

While conducting a security check at Motel 6 north, Officer Luevano spotted a black 2000’s Chevy Camaro convertible with a Hispanic male driver and Hispanic female passenger.  The vehicle sped out of the lot and an enforcement stop was attempted near Fremont Blvd and Enea Court.  The plate on the Camaro was registered to a 1997 Toyota out of Calusa, CA.  The vehicle failed to yield and accelerated onto N/B HWY 880.  Believing the car was stolen, Officer Luevano engaged in a pursuit for approximately four miles.  He terminated the pursuit after passing through a construction zone where a number of cars were backed up on the freeway. 

#001: Suspicious Circumstance/Possible burglary attempt

At approximately 12:45 am, officer’s responded to the Arbordale Apartments when a resident reported that she saw a pair of hands attempting to open her kitchen window.  The resident had left the kitchen window partially open during the night.  The resident screamed and the suspect fled prior to police arrival.  Investigated by Officer Chahouati.

Warrant Service: Fremont Station 11/17/14 11:51 am

While on patrol, an officer observed and detained an adult male and female juvenile subject for fare evasion. A wants check revealed that the female subject was listed as a missing-at-risk person, and that she had a misdemeanor no-bail warrant issued from the Alameda County Sheriff’s Office. A wants check on the male subject revealed that he had two outstanding misdemeanor warrants for his arrest. The male subject was booked into the Fremont City Jail for his warrants. The female juvenile subject was transported to the Hayward Assessment Center. BART PD CASE# 1411-3086
