Amarillo Crime Stoppers needs your help with this week’s “Crime of the week”. A woman had her purse stolen while shopping at 3510 E IH 40. She tried to catch the mid 30’s Hispanic male suspect. He was driving a dark 4-door Toyota car which knocked her down while backing. This also serves as a shopping safety reminder. If you shop with your purse, keep it on your person strapped across your body and closed.
