NARRATIVE:
On 11/16/14 at approximately 9:16 pm, Officer Dean H. Schoch II was on patrol in the area of the Tower Motel when he observed a female, Melissa Solis, coming from a room that he knew had an outstanding arrest warrant from the Borough of Allenhurst. When she saw Officer Schoch she immediately reentered the room.

Officer Schoch, with the assistance of Officers Hanna and Rhein, went to the room and discovered that a second female inside, Maria Murday, had an outstanding arrest warrant as well from Wall Township. Both females were placed under arrest. An investigation revealed that inside the room was crack cocaine, heroin, drug paraphernalia and hypodermic syringes. A third occupant of the room, Shawn Moore, was placed under arrest as well.

Mr. Moore was charged with possession of heroin, crack cocaine, drug paraphernalia and hypodermic syringes. He was released on a complaint summons to appear at a future court hearing.

Ms. Murday was charged with possession of heroin, crack cocaine, drug paraphernalia and hypodermic syringes. Bail was set at $5000.00 with a ten percent option. Ms. Murday was
transported to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution to appear at a future court hearing.

Ms. Solis was turned over to the custody of the Allenhurst Police Department on their outstanding warrant.
