#027: Grand Theft
A theft occurred of approximately 756 gallons of diesel fuel from the Valero Gas Station at the Fremont Hub.  The value of the loss is $2900.  The thefts occurred three different times between 12:30am and 3:00am.   Suspects siphoned ground tanks and fled in two vehicles.  
Vehicle Descriptions:  #1- Dark colored full-size king cab Chevrolet pickup with bed cover, chrome rims, and running boards.  #2 – Dark colored Plymouth Voyager van, two-toned, possibly dark gray over light gray, chrome rims, and luggage rack.  
 
#061: Major Injury Traffic Incident
At approximately 8:30pm Fremont Police Officers responded to the report of a single vehicle collision at the intersection of Thornton Avenue and Coronado Drive. According to witnesses, the 2014 Honda CRV had drifted onto the center median struck a pole and coasted to a stop. The driver, who was the sole occupant within the vehicle, was a 60 year old male who suffered only minor visible injuries. He was unresponsive to medical personnel and was transported to a nearby hospital.
 
#002:  Driving under the influence
While at the scene of the major injury collision on Thornton Av/Coronado Drive, a vehicle drove into the scene.  Officer Oliveira arrested the 23 year old female driver for DUI.
 
#005:  Driving under the influence
Officer Roberts observed a car traveling on the wrong side of the road at Boscell Road and Curie Street.  He stopped the vehicle and ended up arresting a 21 year old male for DUI.
 
#008:  Driving under the influence collision
Officer Meredith responded to a collision at the Holiday Inn parking lot on Albrae Street.  A 22 year old male was arrested for DUI.
 
#009:  Driving under the influence collision
Officer Wilson on-viewed a collision, also at the Holiday Inn parking lot, and ended up arresting a 21 year old male for DUI.

#013: Mental Evaluation
A citizen called to report a vehicle was blocking their driveway, and that the driver seated in the vehicle, would not speak.  Officers arrived and attempted contact with the driver.  The driver again would not speak to officers.  It was determined that he overdosed on medication.  The male was sent for a mental evaluation.  
 
#031: Drunk in public
Officer Forsberg responded to a call of a family disturbance that involved family members yelling and screaming on Millard Avenue.  A 25 year old female was arrested for drunk in public.  
 
#035 Drunk in public
Officer Catassi contacted a 34 year old male at the Holiday Inn on Albrae Street and arrested him for being drunk in public.
 
#025: Robbery (chain snatch)
At 3:45pm officers responded to Trader Joe’s at the Hub on a report of a chain snatch robbery.  The suspect approached a woman from behind (who was visibly pregnant), kicked her in the leg, pulled her hair and forced her to the ground.  When the victim was on the ground the suspect grabbed a gold chain from her neck.  The suspect was described as a Hispanic or South Asian male, 20-25 years old, 6’, and 190 pounds.  He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with a zipper, a black and white horizontal striped t-shirt underneath the sweatshirt and blue jeans.  The suspect was picked up in a newer model black Chevy Malibu or Impala.  The suspect vehicle in this case is the same one described in a chain snatch robbery that occurred on November 6, 2014.
 
#027: Resisting Arrest
Officers responded to Vincente Court on a report of a fight between two sisters.  Upon their arrival the suspect sister fled from the scene.  The suspect attempted to hide from the Officers by climbing underneath a pick-up truck that was parked on Lancero Street. FFD was called out to lift the truck, but just as they got their equipment ready, the suspect surrendered to the officers.  A 19 year old female was arrested for resisting arrest.    
 
#037: Warrant Arrest
Officer Oliveira stopped a bicyclist on Fremont Blvd/Thornton Av.  He ends up arresting a 43 year old male for a felony warrant.
 
Parking Citations
Community Service Officers Anders and Goralczyk patrolled the Stanford Lane/Vineyard Hills area of Mission Peak and issued Vehicle Code and FMC citations.

#004: Arson
At approximately 9:00am a witness from Southlake Mobile Home Park called Fremont Police stating he just witnessed a male juvenile start a fire in the dry grass area.  The juvenile fled on foot after starting the fire.  The witness described the suspect as a Hispanic or East Indian male, approximately 13-14 years old, 5' 2" to 5' 4" tall, approximately130 lbs. wearing a blue hoody type sweatshirt and blue jeans.  He was also carrying a skateboard with him.  Officer Sanders handled the investigation.
 
#009: Resisting Arrest
Officers were sent to an address on Bay Street after a reporting party stated a female inside the apartment was screaming for help.  Officers arrived, and contacted a 50 year old male, who refused to obey commands.  The male became combative, and was held at Taser-point and taken into custody for obstructing a police officer.  He was placed in a WRAP and eventually booked at Santa Rita Jail.  
 
#025: Possession of a controlled substance for sale/resisting arrest
Officer Hernandez conducted a pedestrian stop at Fremont Blvd and Peralta Blvd and arrested a 36 year old male for possessing a controlled substance for sale, possession of drug paraphernalia, and resisting arrest.
 
#019: Drunk in public
Officers were dispatched to the 7-11 on Gable Drive for a male who was pulling his pants down and having difficulty walking.  Officers arrested a 48 year old male for being drunk in public.
 
#022: Warrant Arrest
Officer Ramsey was dispatched to Washington Hospital and arrested a 35 year old male for his outstanding warrant.
 
#024: Residential Burglary
A residential burglary occurred on Cruz Court between 1:15pm and 6:30pm.  The suspects entered the residence by prying a sliding door. A neighbor observed two Hispanic males jump over a fence and onto Gomes Road.  The neighbor did not call police at that time.  The suspects were described as two Hispanic male adults, late twenties, about six feet tall, two hundred and ten pounds, "beefy" build, with short hair, wearing a black baseball cap, and a dark colored shirt.  They were seen leaving in a blue modified Infiniti or similar vehicle with rims.  Loss was jewelry.   
 
#001: Speed Contest
Officer Ramsey on-viewed a speed contest between two vehicles near Stevenson Blvd and Davis Street.  He cited both drivers for illegal speed contest.
 
BART PD

An employee called to report a male masturbating on a train at the station. An officer contacted the male and determined that he had a valid stay away order to stay away from all BART stations. The male was arrested for indecent exposure and violation of the court order. BART PD CASE #1411-2555
