APD arrest woman on shoplifting charge and four outstanding warrants

On Friday November 14th at 3:46pm, APD officers were sent to the 2500 block of Soncy on a shoplifter in custody. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the loss prevention officer who stated that a W/F was observed picking up merchandise from a shelf and concealing it in her purse, then exiting the store without paying for the items. The female was stopped outside and returned to the loss prevention office. The female is identified as Annelies Hall W/F 21. Ms. Hall was found to be in possession of identifying information belonging to another person. Hall was also found to have two outstanding Bond Surrender warrants from Potter County with charges of Possession of Marijuana under 2 ounces and Theft of Property over $50 less than $500 and two local municipal court warrants. Hall was arrested and booked into Potter County on a Theft under $1500 with 2 or more prior convictions, Fraudulent Use/Possession of Identifying Information, two Bond Surrender warrants and two local municipal court warrants.
