Burglary suspects caught on home surveillance video.

On 11/14/2014, at approximately 12:30 pm, deputies were dispatched to a residential alarm in the 1400 block of Mark West Springs Road in Santa Rosa. Just before deputies arrived, the home owner came home to discover his house had been broken into. In addition to the alarm system, the homeowner had a home surveillance security system, which captured video of the suspects and their vehicle. The two suspects drove onto the homeowner’s property, broke a window to gain entry, entered the house and when the alarm sounded the two suspects fled in a white Dodge pickup truck. The suspects did not steal anything. The surveillance video was able to record the suspects’ license plate.

Property Crimes Detectives took over the investigation and it was discovered that the white Dodge pickup truck was registered to Mark Brian Hagan, 54 years old, of Santa Rosa. A previous booking photograph of Hagan was compared to the male suspect seen in the surveillance video and it was a match. Detectives found Hagan’s truck parked in front of his house. Detectives obtained a search warrant for Hagan’s house and vehicles. At approximately 9:30 pm, detectives served the search warrant and Hagan was arrested without incident. Brandie Rae Radabugh was located inside the residence and is suspected to be the second suspect seen in the surveillance video. Detectives are very familiar with Radabugh as they had arrested her in 2010 for committing a residential burglary where she was captured on home surveillance video. Radabaugh was recently released from prison and is currently on parole. Brandie Rae Radabaugh, 47 years old, with a listed address in Santa Rosa and Cloverdale, was also arrested.

Detectives searched Hagan’s residence and located stolen property from another residential burglary that occurred earlier in the day in Geyserville. Right after the burglary in Geyserville that same Dodge pickup truck was seen leaving the victim’s residence.

Mark Brian Hagan was charge with two counts of residential burglary, possession of stolen property, conspiracy to commit a crime, and possession of methamphetamine. Hagan’s bail was set at $80.000.

Brandie Rae Radabugh was charge with residential burglary, conspiracy to commit a crime, and possession of stolen property. Radabugh has a No Bail hold due to her committing a crime while out on parole.
