Greetings! My name is Deputy Yesenia Holwager. I’m happy to introduce myself as the new zone leader for Zone 3 Stevenson Ranch. I have been assigned to the Santa Clarita Sheriff’s Station since May 2012. I look forward to working with and serving the citizens of Stevenson Ranch. This past week in Zone 3, the following Part-1 Crimes occurred:
A residential burglary occurred in the 25300 block of Silver Aspen Way in Valencia. The suspect(s) forced entry via the front door and took several personal items belonging to the victim.
An unknown suspect stole a green 1997 4-door Honda Civic from the 25500 block of Hemmingway in Stevenson Ranch.
An attempt to steal a grey Chevy Silverado pick-up truck occurred at a local business in the 28000 block of The Old Road in Castaic. Responding deputies did an outstanding job collecting a description of the suspect, checking the area, and locating the suspect. After being positively identified by the witness, the suspect was taken into custody. The case is currently under investigation by Santa Clarita Station Detectives.
Two shoplifting incidents occurred at businesses near The Old Road and Pico Canyon Road in Stevenson Ranch. A suspect was arrested in each incident. The case is currently under investigation by Santa Clarita Station Detectives.
Two petty theft incidents occurred at businesses in the 24900 block of Pico Canyon Road in Stevenson Ranch. Property was left unattended during the time of the thefts.
