Winter Parking Restrictions Begin Saturday Morning 
Ripon Annual Winter Parking Restrictions begin Saturday November 15th at 3:00 a.m. There is no parking on any City Street between 3:00 AM and 6:00 AM daily between November 15, 2014 and April 1, 2015.
Parking Citations for violation of this restriction is $20.00. Residential parking permits for on street parking in front of your residence are available from the City Clerk's office and permit parking unless measurable snow is in the forecast.
