#006: Driving without a license
Officer Liu conducted a traffic enforcement stop on Towers Way and arrested/cited a 37 year old male for driving without a license.
#008: Warrant arrest
Officer Ehling conducted a warrant service on Mission View Drive and arrested a 47 year old male for his outstanding spousal abuse warrant.
#010: Driving on a suspended license
Officer Liu conducted a traffic enforcement stop on Fremont Blvd. near Peralta Blvd. and arrested/cited a 53 year old male for driving on a suspended license.
#011: Robbery - Chain snatch
At approximately 11:40 am, a female victim was walking on Liberty Street near Kearney Drive, was robbed of her gold chain. A witness described the suspect as a Hispanic or Middle Eastern male adult, 18-24 years old, approximately 5’09”, medium build, dark hair with a “fade”, wearing a gray sports jersey with white numbers on the back and blue jeans. The suspect snatched a gold necklace from the victim’s neck and fled on foot in the area of Liberty Street near Liberty Commons.
#020: Resisting arrest
Officer Liu and Officer Ceniceros attempted to stop a 31 year old male who was riding his bicycle near Fremont Blvd and Nicolet Avenue. The male refused to stop initially and refused to obey orders provided by officers. The male was eventually arrested for resisting a police officer.
#022: Driving on a suspended license
Officer Gentry made a car stop near Fremont Blvd and Irvington Avenue. The driver, a 19 year old male, was found to be driving on a suspended driver’s license. He was cited for the same.
#028: Package theft
At approximately 10:00 am, a white female adult, 20 years old, 5’03”, last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, jeans and black boots along with a light skinned unknown race male, around 23 years old, 6’00”, 190lbs, with short dark hair, last seen wearing a black shirt and blue jeans, stole a package from the front porch of a residence on the 48000 block of Sauvignon Court. The package had been delivered by the mailman, minutes before it was stolen. The suspects also took an elephant shaped lawn ornament before fleeing the area. A third suspect (no description) was waiting for them in a 2000’s model dark blue Jeep Grand Cherokee.

Bicycle Theft – Fremont Station

Officers working a special detail observed a male approach a bike parked at the bike racks and remove a bag from the bike. Officers detained the male who admitted to stealing the bag from the bike which did not belong to him. The suspect was arrested for the theft and booked into the Fremont Jail on the above listed charge. BART PD CASE # 1411-1725

A victim reported the loss of their red/white Schwinn “Point Beach” 7 speed city bike from the Fremont BART Station. The victim parked his bike at 7:00 am and secured his bike to the west bike rack using a cable lock. The victim returned at 11:40 pm and discovered his bike was gone. BART PD CASE # 1411-2065
Bicycle Theft – Fremont Station

A victim reported the theft of his red Roadmaster mountain bike from the Fremont Station. The victim parked his bike at 9:00am and secured his bike to the southwest bike rack using a cable lock. The victim returned at 6:15pm to discover his bike was gone. BART PD CASE # 1411-2023
