Press Release: Shoplifting Arrests

ACCUSED: Iquanna S. Wiggs age 21 Asbury Park, NJ
Natosha D. Rolfe age 23 Neptune, NJ
NARRATIVE:
On 11/11/14 at approximately 8:44m, officers from the Township of Ocean Police Department responded to the Target Greatland store in reference to a shoplifting in progress. An investigation revealed that Iquanna S. Wiggs and Natosha D. Rolfe walked out of the store with a shopping cart full of merchandise without paying. They emptied the merchandise into a Jeep Liberty that was parked in the lot and reentered the store. While pushing a second cart of merchandise, they were apprehended by police. The merchandise taken was valued at $1,419.48.
Both women were placed under arrest. Ms. Wiggs was charged with one count of conspiracy to commit shoplifting and Ms. Rolfe was charged with one count of shoplifting. Both women were released on complaint summonses and scheduled to appear at a future court hearing. Additionally a 2002 Jeep Liberty was seized under the state criminal forfeiture guidelines for being used in the commission of a crime.
