Safe Burglar Arrested Again by Anderson P.D.

On Tuesday, November 11th 2014, at about 10:50 P.M., Anderson Police contacted 29 year old, Palo Cedro resident, Adam Daniel Zamora, as a passenger in a vehicle during a traffic enforcement stop.

Zamora, who had been arrested by Anderson Police in September for burglarizing a business on Auto Mall Drive, where an Anderson Police Officer caught Zamora stealing safes from the business, attempted to lie to officers during the traffic stop about his identity.

Zamora was detained during the stop on suspicion of providing false identifying information to a peace officer and was found to have an active felony arrest warrant for the aforementioned burglary. During a search of Zamora’s person, he was found to be in possession of a small quantity of methamphetamine.

Zamora was booked at the Shasta County Jail without incident for his warrant. Narcotic charges will be sought against Zamora through the Shasta County District Attorney’s Office.
