Kevin Cabak, 56 years of age, White/Male, 6'02", 230lbs, bald with full beard. Last seen wearing a brown one piece Dickies' coverall work jumpsuit.
Last seen: 1035 Cobb Industrial Dr. Cell phone last shown by GPS to be on the Marietta Square at 0234 hours on 11/10/14.
Subject is Diabetic and missed a dose of Insulin. He also has some diminished mental capacity recently and may not know where he is. He called his brother at 0234 hours and told him he was cold and by a water tower just before his phone died.
