The Sonoma County Sheriff Coroner’s Office is providing information regarding the fatal vehicle collision that occurred on Mark West Springs Road on the afternoon of November 4, 2014.
The female deceased has been identified as Elaine Book, a 91 year old woman from Santa Rosa.
Her family members were located and notified of her passing.
The California Highway Patrol is conducting the investigation into the cause of the collision.
