The Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office is providing information regarding the fatal boating incident that occurred off Bodega Head on November 1, 2014.
The female deceased has been identified as Christine Puetz, a 56 year old from Windsor, CA.
Her family was located and notified of her passing.
We want to express our condolences to all of the family and friends of Christine Puetz, Jessie Langley, Samuel Garcia and David Costa. This tragedy has been a shock to the close-knit community of Bodega Bay. We also recognize it has been traumatic for the sole survivor, Phillip Sanchez. Please keep everyone touched by this incident in your hearts.
