Free Bicycle Lights Available For Low-Income Cyclists 
The Santa Barbara Bicycle Coalition is distributing 1,400 free bicycle lights this week to low-income cyclists. If you are interested , please see the attached news release for locations. This goal of this program, which is sponsored by the City of Santa Barbara, is to increase the safety and visibility of riders who utilize bicycles as their primary mode of transportation.
