OSBI Arrests Hollis Man on Child Abuse Complaint 
A five-month-old girl is in critical condition at an Oklahoma City area hospital as her father sits behind bars in Hollis arrested for abusing her. Sunday, the girl’s mother took her to the emergency room of the Harmon Memorial Hospital in Hollis. From there she was flown to Comanche County Memorial Hospital and then on to OU Children’s Hospital in Oklahoma City.
Wednesday, the Hollis Police Department requested OSBI investigate the abuse. According to treating doctors, the girl has multiple bruises on her head and body, a fractured right arm and left leg, and retinal hemorrhages. Witnesses who were inside the Hollis apartment when the child sustained the injuries told investigators the child’s father was the only one who had contact with the girl when the abuse occurred.
This morning, the OSBI investigating agent arrested the child’s father Ricky Garcia (d.o.b. 6/8/1993) at the Harmon County Courthouse on one count of child abuse. His bond was set at $500,000.
