Message from Chief Cox:
Today the Clayton County School Police Department received several messages through Social Media indicating a potential for violence on one or more of our campuses. Coordinated efforts to prevent any such acts have been instituted and all of our schools are under normal operations at this time. There is no need to prevent students from attending a full school day to achieve academic success.
We continue to maintain a safe and secure teaching and learning environment for our students, staff and visitors.
