On 10-29-14, at about 2030 hours, Javier’s mother confronted him outside of their home (300 block of Vance, Chula Vista) about not coming inside the apartment when told. Javier was upset about not being able to go to the mall with his friends. During the argument, Javier ran from his mother. The mother searched for him in and around her home and contacted Javier’s known friends but was unsuccessful in locating him. She did not notify the police until 10-30-14 at 0834 hours, when Javier still had not returned home or reported to school. Javier has no known medical issues. According to his mother this is the first time he has run away.
