Please be advised on October 31st between 2:30 pm and 5:30 pm, Baldwin Avenue from Sierra Madre Blvd. to W Montecito Avenue,as well as Sierra Madre Blvd between N Hermosa Avenue and Baldwin Avenue will be closed to allow passage for the Halloween Parade.
Between 4 pm to Midnight, Alegria Avenue, as well as Baldwin Avenue and Mt. Trail Avenue will be closed to host the Annual Halloween Event.
Please expect limited parking within these areas and please be extra vigilant for children in the area.
