Halloween Curfew's in effect for Deal, Interlaken and Loch Arbour. 
The governing bodies of The Borough of Deal, The Borough of Interlaken and The Village of Loch Arbour have all passed Halloween Curfew Resolutions. The Curfews will be in effect from October 29 thru November 1. Each curfew is directed towards unaccompanied minors during the hours of 8:00pm - 6:00am.
