Next of kin has been notified of remains found Friday in Chickasha and positively identified Monday. Elizabeth Alice Barnes’ remains were found near 4th and Frisco along Line Creek by a person mowing grass in the area. The medical examiner’s office is working to determine cause of death. The Chickasha Police Department requested OSBI help investigate the suspicious death. Barnes lived in the Chickasha area for the past year.
