Police Investigate Sunday Morning Shooting on the Parking Lot of Waffle House 
Jackson police are continuing the investigation into a shooting on the parking lot of Waffle House, located at 24 Casey Jones Lane.
Officers were called about the shooting around 4:40 a.m. Sunday. A bullet struck a car window and shattered the glass. A 29-year-old Jackson man who was sitting inside the car was struck by fragments.
The man was treated and released from Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.
