The Sheboygan Police Department seeks your help in locating a missing "at risk" person: William L. DeSmith, 38 years old, 5' 8", 200 lbs. with a shaved head and glasses. William was last seen at the Mc Donalds at South Business Drive and Mead Ave. at about 5:15 PM tonight, William was wearing a black jacket with a hood, blue jeans and white shoes. A photo is attached with a previous haircut.
